Chris Taylor serves as the CEO and Executive Director of Arise and Shine, alongside his wife, Connie, who serves the CFO and Director of Mental Health Services and Childhood Education.

This couple have served in community ministry for the past 20 years.  Arise and Shine, Inc. is a conglomerate expression of their life’s calling to help humanity.  

Both alumni of Jackson Public Schools, Chris is an alumni of Mississippi State University and Walden University, holding degrees in General Business Administration and Interdisciplinary Studies. Connie is an alumni of Kaplan University and Jackson State University, holding a degree in Human Services, a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and Specialist Degree in Psychometry.
